We are now looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide HRsupport to the Global Hardware Engineering organization in a dynamic and collaborative environment. We are searching for someone who is passionate about supporting and creating strategies to enable NVIDIA to achieve success. As a member of the HR team, you will work with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts to design and execute strategies for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize work. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent project planning, communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. What you’ll be doing:

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supporting the Hardware Engineering organization, your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing detailed, practical and valuable support, such as:

  • Build positive relationships with Hardware Engineering management to assist in the implementation of HR plans and programs aligned with NVIDIA’s overall business goals
  • Support client groups ranging from 100 to 1000+ employees in multiple offices throughout the globe
  • Partner and collaborate with all functional HR groups
  • Coach and advise managers on HRprocesses
  • Lead HR metrics and analytics including trends, tracking business unit specific HR objectives, working with the HR Reporting team as needed on customized requests and automation
  • Handle complex Employee Relation issues
  • Lead and coach leaders through the Performance Improvement process
  • Provide support on activities such as mobility, hiring, engagement and retention
  • Partner with the Senior HRBP on Focal process, including managing spreadsheet data, providing insights and analytics on manager decisions
  • Ensure fair and equitable compensation and appropriate leveling within organizations
  • Partner with the Senior HRBP and business leaders to identify and implement employee development programs
  • Review, analyze and discuss Employee Survey results with management and translate them into action items

What we need to see:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field or business preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years’ Human Resources client-facing or relevant experience
  • Strong business insight and understanding of cross-functional work
  • Knowledge and experience in compensation strategies and practices
  • Knowledge in organization assessment, planning, and development; experience with change management a plus
  • Validated working knowledge in 3 or more of the following areas: immigration, recruiting, learning & development, performance management, compensation, mobility
  • Experience conducting group facilitation and supporting training program rollouts
  • Adept in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, with advanced knowledge in Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with emphasis on HR data
