Role and Responsibilities


  • Plans, develops, establishes, implements, and administers the personnel and human resources management function in accordance with objectives of the organization
  • Manages human resource functions including staffing, employee orientation, training, policies and procedures, workers compensation administration, wage and salary administration, benefits administration, organization development, employee assistance and payroll administration
  • Partners with the management team to proactively identify departmental needs and assists in developing appropriate approaches and processes.  Ensures compliance with employment law and practices
  • Partners with Center Manager to ensure that Corporate requirements are met in the implementation of new initiatives
  • Provides training to managers and employees as needed
  • Manage employee relations issues such as employee complaints and work/performance issues while ensuring legal compliance, leveraging employee abilities and managing risk.  Effectively investigate issues, make recommendations, and take appropriate action
  • Works with internal partners such as HR Business Leader, Benefit Manager, Regional HR Leader, and internal counsel to resolve employee issues as appropriate
  • Partners with the Center Manager, HR Business Leader and the Compensation Department to complete equity studies, job description creation/updates/analysis process; salary planning within budgetary guidelines. Ensure strategic alignment between compensation and incentive programs and business needs


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 5 years in a Human Resources HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist role
  • PHR preferred
  • Aviationexperiencepreferred (not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
