Crestron Electronics has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in our Corporate office.
This position will work with hiring managers supporting the Manufacturing division at the Distribution Center with an emphasis on employee engagement. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an innovative culture. Also, provide strategic business partnerships and coaching to all levels of leadership within the Manufacturing operations.

A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
Solutions focused with the ability to be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with being able to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
The ability to be comfortable with a high-volume workload and not be afraid to “roll up your sleeves” while managing multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results.
Partner with executives, leaders, and employee teams to address employee issues and promote positive outcomes for both employees and the Company.
Recommend, develop, and execute department specific approaches and solutions to meet the strategic and operational goals of the Company.
Partner with Corporate HR Centers of Excellence to administer and drive initiatives and programs.
BA/BS in HR or related field; SPHR certification strongly preferred.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a generalist capacity.
Possess business savvy and knowledge to partner with senior business leaders on strategic initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, execution oriented and perform effectively.
History of successful relationship building with senior business leaders and able to prioritize and balance workload to meet deadlines.
Experience with a rapid and complex changing work environment.
Must have flexibility, strong communication and presentation skills, a strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence. Ability to work independently.
Strong Project Management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Proficient in HR related systems (ADP, Cornerstone).
Bilingual Spanish required.
