Your key focus will be tosupport theHR overall Strategy and company goals. Responsibilities
Coach and provide human resources support to all levels in the following areas: recruiting, employee relations, change management, performance management, leadership, talent development and employee relations.
Contribute to continuous improvements & best practices development in order to influence human resources strategies.
Partner with regional management teams to create a performance focused culture where high performance is recognized and rewarded through compensation practices.
Ensure high quality HR services are provided consistently, effectively and efficiently across the Region.
Partner with the Global HR team to develop and implement HR programs and policies.
Ensuring compliance with local laws and company policy throughout the employee lifecycle
Undertake project work on an ongoing basis
Provide tactical HRsupport as required
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or related field combined with at least 3to 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, preferably in an Engineering and/or Manufacturing environment.
You have the ability to work in a continuous improvements environment.
You have the ability to work in a Metrics oriented environment.
You have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across a matrix organization
As an HR business partner you have handled complex Employee Relations issues
You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written & spoken) with a proven track record for building and sustaining relationships at all levels
You demonstrate strong initiative and a solid business judgment
You are a self-motivated, team oriented with a client focused mindset
