The Human Resources Business Partner will partner with divisional leadership to enable Adaptive's exciting growth by designing and leading people, leadership, and talent initiatives. Reporting to the Director, HR Business Partners, and working closely with our People & Culture COE's, areas of focus will include performance management, compensation planning, talent calibration and talent reviews, organizational design and succession planning, manager coaching, and employee relations.
