?Bachelor''s degree in human resources management, business management or in a related field of study required.
?2-5years of HR generalist experience is preferred.
? PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.
? Previous HRexperience: Ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of all and more specific HR technical competence in at least three of the following HR disciplines: employment, employee relations, recruiting, training/development, EEO, compensation, benefits and organizational development.
? Should possess: excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, strong management presence, adaptability and have the ability to work successfully across business unit lines and at all levels.
? Proficient with Word, Excel, Microsoft Office with capability to create and maintain documents and files as required.
? Should have effective platform/presentation skills, be a successful problem solver, have the ability to work well independently with minimal supervision, think strategically, be able to lead and influence decision making and be able to build and maintain effective relationships.
? Should be able to manage project execution and follow up, balance multiple priorities, work under pressure with complex issues within established time constraints, meet deadlines and objectives and proactively take a customer service approach to all activities for both internal and external customers.
? Must be able to demonstrate flexibility with performing various administrative duties and tasks.
? Must be comfortable working with and maintaining the confidentiality of private information.
?Responsible for providing human resources field support for the In-Flight Service/Flight Operations and CSSC Human Resources department.
? The HR Generalist works closely with members from the General Office and HR field organization.
? This person acts as a HR business consultant and employee advocate for clients throughout the United States.
? The role will be responsible for ensuring the effective and consistent delivery of human resources services including: support for sourcing and selection, employee relations, performance management programs, organizational effectiveness, compensation and providing HR leadership.
? Specific activities include but are not limited to: anticipating and meeting client needs, executing service delivery systems, creating integrated solutions to business problems or issues and acting as an employee and company advocate.
? This position is also responsible for developing relationships with individuals, employee groups and leaders of the business to communicate company policies/programs/procedures while providing leadership around organizational change, process consultation and organizational development.
