PrincetonOne is partnering with a client of ours in a beautiful area of Tennessee to identify and experienced Human Resource Manager for a non-union manufacturing plant of 350 individuals.
To qualify for this position, our client is looking for individuals who are currently in a Supervisor or Manager role of Human Resources within a manufacturing plant and have a strong generalist profile, with at least 4 years in a leadership position with direct reports.
The Human Resource Manager will report to the corporate VP of HR and have a seat on the leadership team for the plant.
The HR Manager will be responsible for all HR functions within the facility with both tactical and strategic responsibilities including training, safety, payroll, HRIS, program development and implementation, employee cross training, employment law and working closely with the leadership team to make sure all employee and company projects are being carried out or implemented.
