JOB DESCRIPTION

The Human Capital Business Partner will be responsible for:

  • Offering subject matter expertise to employees
  • Assisting with identifying and analyzing Human Capital issues
  • Advising Business Leaders on a broad range of topics, such as: staff retention; team building; organizational change; and, design issues
  • Providing leadership and direction on core processes, such as: employee relations; performance management; leadership development; and, compensation initiatives

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 6+ years of related work experience
  • Advanced, MBA, and/or Master's Degree in Organizational Development
  • Prior exposure to and technical expertise in several key Human Capital disciplines (Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation, and Organizational Development)
  • Experience in a Management-level role
  • Computer savvy
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
