Responsibilities of the HSE Manager
Supervising the health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with established Federal, State, local, and Corporate policies and OSHA regulations. This includes requirements relating to employee training, record keeping, permits, reports, policies, procedures, and the related compliance issues. You will investigate accidents and injuries and manage all related medical first aid and case management (worker’s compensation) activities. In addition, you will also be responsible for security management to ensure employee safety and protection of company property.
Requirements of the HSE Manager
Bachelor of Science degree is required, preferably in Safety and Environmental Management, along with five to seven years previous experience in a manufacturing environment. The successful applicant will also be required to travel to our client's other locations in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Compensation for the HSE Manager
?Salary for the HSE Manager $70,000 - $85,000
