Job Description

The HRIS Manager – Payroll & Benefits/Absence is responsible for the configuration, detailed analysis, support, and maintenance of Workday (Payroll, Benefits and Absence) at Catalent. Act as business partner with Payroll and Benefits Centers of Excellence (CoEs) by leveraging knowledge of system functionality and other functional/technical skills to provide user, production operations, and on-going maintenance and enhancement support. Responsible for the overall design decisions around Payroll, Benefits and Absence configuration, ensuring design is Catalent-aligned and Audit-compliant.
