The HRIS Administrator will provide Workday assistance to the HR group, managers and employees to help resolve daily user issues in Workday regarding daily HR user issues, data management and system administration. The Sr. HRIS Administrator will be also assist the HRIS Analyst with Workday system administration, testing enhancements, integrations and ad-hoc report writing.

The ideal candidatewill be a detail oriented, analytical individual with advanced Excel skills and excellent customer service skills.

RESPONSBILITIES AND DUTIES :

  • Research and resolve Workday user technical questions, unexpected results and process flaws for Global HR team members
  • Create ad-hoc and scheduled reports as needed
  • Assist with Workday training, audits, mass data load processing and reporting as requested.
  • Assist with testing new business processes, system modifications and updates
  • Provide support for audit requests as required for compliance with internal policies when requested
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as needed
  • Administer and manage the HR compliance training schedule and users in LMS system.

EDUCATION:

  • A Bachelor’s Degreedesired

MANAGEMENT:

  • No direct reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 3 years prior experience and in depth knowledge working with Enterprise-wide HRIS systems is required
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, including advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Workday software is preferred
  • Knowledge of HR practices and processes
  • Experience working with LMS training system is preferred
  • Excellent problem solving/analytical skills with attention to detail
  • A self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Global support experiencepreferred
