Tasks

  • Serve as primary systems administrator and owner for multiple current SuccessFactors modules, including: Employee Central, Recruiting/Recruiting Marketing, Succession Planning, Compensation, SAP JAM, Performance Management and Onboarding
  • Lead any future system configuration or enhancement efforts, including developing custom reporting and creating and maintaining custom objects
  • Provide functional, technical, and end user support as required to all North American entities
  • Assists HR team in the mapping of workflows and assists in identifying and implementing process improvements. These may be HRIS related, or may be related to day-to-day functional operations
  • Manages all aspects of future HRIS module or system implementations, including the development of requirements documentation, budget tracking, vendor selection and solution testing/implementation
  • Provide HR systems and process support for all facets of HR and its strategic projects
  • Serve as a liaison to other departments for questions regarding any HR systems and solutions and provide solutions of how the HRIS can accommodate department specific needs
  • Collaborate with the HR Department to determine how current solutions can assist with strategic projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management Information Systems.
  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate HR environment providing systems support
  • 3+ years of administrator experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Goal / Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning, Compensation and Reporting
  • Administrator experience for role based permissions setup and documentation
  • Previous experience in HR Project Management or strategic HR initiatives
  • Experience with system integrations a plus
  • Superior knowledge of process mapping and process implementation involving highly confidential data
  • Experience building apps and extensions in the HANA cloud platform is a plus
