The HR Systems Analyst will play a key role as part of our Corporate HR team with responsibility for HCM system implementation, maintenance and development in a global, multi-business group environment. This individual must have strong communication skills to work effectively with associates at all levels of the organization. The team member will be responsible for ensuring that all HCM Systems meet the needs of our organization and that associated data is managed efficiently and in compliance with law. The successful candidate will also have the ability to creatively solve problems and facilitate new approaches and concepts to improve delivery of HR services to employees and managers. The Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager, Corporate HR with indirect reporting to the IT team.
