Position Purpose:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for the execution of full life cycle requisition based recruitment for assigned departments in support of external hiring requirements. The ideal candidate must possess a recruiting background with measurable results, comprehensive understanding and basic knowledge of personnel policy and procedure, and general knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing a working relationship with the hiring manager
  • Providing advice and counsel on job descriptions
  • Assist with various HR responsibilities as needed
  • Advanced knowledge of a variety of recruitment tools and technologies
  • Executing sourcing strategies to create a diverse, qualified candidate pool for management consultation
  • Pre-qualify candidates for consideration through resume/candidate review
  • Responsible for scheduling interviews
  • Completing final negotiations and generating offer letters
  • Overseeing summer internship program

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years' in a prior human resources recruiting position
  • Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong project management skills / able to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

Salary

$80K - $100K
