As a member of OUD's Leadership Team, you will provide counsel, advice and support on staff structure, recruitment and retention, and market review and compensation.
- Develop and implement an integrated talent management strategy that supports the key goals and initiatives of OUD and the development community.
- Cultivate a thriving culture across the Development Community where purpose, commitment and resilience are valued and influence strategy, engagement and collaboration.
- Lead strategy and launch programs and services associated with talent development, workforce planning, retention and succession strategy and practices.
