As part of Carrier Digital transformation, we are looking for a dynamic individual to lead the HR and Payroll Systems team within the Digital organization. You will provide strategic leadership and direction to the digital technology team in partnership with various HR and Payroll organizations, including the Compensation, Finance and Digital Technology teams. You would be experienced in interpersonal leadership and technology enablement across multiple teams in a large multinational corporation.
The HR and Payroll leader will be responsible for the following:
Act as an integrated partner and build functional alignment with the leaders in the various HR/Payroll functions
Work with functional leadership in each of the areas outlined above to build a HR Technology strategy and roadmap which enables the business goals and objectives while using new and enabling digital technologies to drive value and increase shareholder value.
Support the overall Carrier HR Transformation goals, including shared services enablement, next generation workforce management, global payroll solutions, Payroll innovation, and process simplification/optimization across the board.
Drive innovation within the HR function via business systems and process transformation. Partner with vendors and system providers to assess platform capabilities and find opportunities for cost savings, productivity, process streamlining, simplification and improved user experience (high availability, migration to cloud, real time visibility, etc.).
Education / Certifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Master's degree is preferred.
