Exciting new opportunity for a great growth company in the Westshore Business District! Our client company is creating an addition to its expanding office team. The HR Manager will be responsible for all human resources functions including benefits, insurance, payroll, talent acquisition, employee relations and more! This person will need to have the drive and collaborative personality to interface with senior management, employees, and external parties as it plays a key role in helping develop a terrific corporate culture.

HR Manager Job Duties:

  • Recruit and interview all potential candidates
  • Maintain employee personnel files
  • Process bi-weekly payroll
  • Prepare reporting and variance analysis to provide to senior management
  • Assist with benefits and insurance

HR Manager Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • HR certification a plus
  • 5+ years of professional level human resources experience
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and employment laws
  • Ability to work independently
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Solid critical thinking and analysis and attention to detail
  • Superb communications skills required
