Responsible for supporting, developing and implementing all aspects of the HR function covering multiple west coast locations (WA, OR & CA.) Manages an HR Generalist while reporting to the Division HR Manager with dotted line reporting to Business Unit Manager(s) across the Division.
Interfaces with functional (Product Engineering, Marketing/Sales, Finance, IT) and operational (Supply Chain, Quality, Lean, Manufacturing Engineering and Environmental Health & Safety) leaders to support business objectives.
Takes an active role to develop short and long-term plans to help the business meet their objectives and grow.
Responsible for setting strategies in a variety of HR functional areas such as –
Benefits & Compensation such as supporting the communication of new and existing medical/retirement programs, conducting market wage reviews, performing job and equity analysis, employment and unemployment verifications and providing compliance oversight related to DOL, FLSA, time & attendance and payroll areas;
Culture, Values & Virtues including leading engagement teams, partnering with local community and charitable programs, advancing the employee experience and managing employee relation concerns;
HRIS Administration including conducting reporting, continuously improving the automation of HR practices and designing metric packages and analytics;
Recruitment for both hourly & salaried team members including onboarding, AAP/EEO administration and workforce resource planning;
Safety, Health & Workers Compensation along with managing leave of absence programs such as ADA, FMLA, statutory paid sick leave, paid medical leaves, salary continuation & disability programs;
Talent Management core services such as performance management, succession planning and organization design initiatives;
Training & Development such as change management, high performance teams, diversity & inclusion and other legislative and policy updates;
Works on special projects, maintains professional knowledge and performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline; Advanced Degree preferred
8 to 10 years of working experience in Human Resources or equivalent certifications;
Proficient in MS Office applications, Peoplesoft and Success Factors experience a plus;
Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent resident;

Ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels of the organization;
Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute deliverables in a timely manner;
Ability to exercise creative problem-solving and critical decision-making skills;
