The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the administration and delivery of a variety of complex and routine HR-related functions including employee relations, employment lifecycle management, recruiting and hiring, benefits administration, safety, and compliance with Federal, state and local employment laws. Additional functions include the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. ln carrying out these responsibilities, the HR Manager will support management staff, respond to team member inquiries

and/or advise managers, supervisors and administrators in HR practices and solutions. This position will report directly to the company President.

While no day will be exactly the same, you'll get to have your hands in a variety of HR functions (including but not limited to):

- Employee relations

- Understanding of collective bargaining agreements

- Compliance with employment regulations, including FMLA, FLSA, ADAA, and EEO

- lnterpretation and application of policies and procedures

- Unemployment claims

- HRreporting and analysis

- Safety

Salary

$80K - $100K
