Actively support in partnership with the North America Powertrain HR organization, the development & implementation of people strategies to support the overall electrification business in North America
Actively participate in Bosch Battery Systems North America leadership team meetings
Serve as regional contact for Bosch Battery Systems North America HR organization in Electrification (including Orion, MI, Springboro, OH, Hayward, CA and possibly Farmington Hills, MI)
Oversight of core HR processes, including talent review, annual salary review, performance management, bonus programs, workforce/succession planning, etc.
Work closely with leaders and associates to maintain positive work relationships, increase productivity and retention
Develop strategies with actionable plans for leadership and associate development
Utilize Key Performance Indicators to manage HR processes across Bosch Battery Systems North America
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention and employee engagement.
Lead all recruitment activities to support department hiring needs; serve as a liaison between the recruiting provider and managers
Leverage external benchmark data as comparison for world class performance
Must have the ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve organizational effectiveness
Support the identification and development critical competencies required to support current and future needs for our electrification business in North America
Develop & facilitate workshops and training as needed
5+ years of experience developing, building and maintaining strong business partnerships
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
Effective leadership, communication, organizational and change management skills
Able to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as ability to work independently and self-directed
