Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Human Resources.
5-7 years Human Resources experience.
Ability and experience in interfacing at all organizational levels.
Working knowledge of the principles of human resources, labor law, labor relations, safety, compensation and benefits, affirmative action, talent acquisition and development.
Knowledge of principles and procedures for recruiting, selection, and training.
Knowledge of employment law, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, etc.
Experience in handling investigations and employee relations issues.
Ability to impact and influence without formal authority.

Development and implementation of Human Resources policies, procedures and programs.
Coordinate and monitor the administration of the compensation programs for salaried exempt, Non-exempt, and hourly employees.
Coordinate and administer the Performance Management Program which includes planning and identifying/developing key employees to meet management objectives.
Participate in the talent development and training functions to ensure that developmental objectives are achieved.
Serve as advisor and coach to business leaders and managers around people management and development, employee engagement, high potential and succession identification, etc.
Partner with leaders to identify success for critical roles and build development plans to ensure candidate readiness.
Identify and diagnose talent and organizational issues, and partner with business leaders to implement solutions
Assess culture and develop action plans to ensure a positive and engaging workplace. Connects with our employees to understand how to engage front-line employees to build organizational capability and engagement.
Lead employee investigations and ensure appropriate outcomes and follow-up
Leverage centers of excellence to build tools and expertise across teams supported
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR functional team to develop solutions, programs and guidelines.
