Position:HRGeneralist/Recruiter

Reports to:Head of Global Human Resources

Location:        Lancaster County, PA

Postion Summary:

The Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter will have responsibility for the development and implementation of new and innovative talent acquisition strategies. The Human Resources Generalist will assist in the management of the day to day operations of the Human Resources Department for the World Market Leader in designing, constructing and delivering the finest live event equipment in the world.. They will assist in the management and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Responsibilities:

? Consistently builds reporting, data & analytics which have significant influence on acquisition

? Creates a database of scorecards & job descriptions for all open & existing positions

? Meets budget requirements by implementing effective methods of recruiting, hence consistent fees of >20%

? Creates/executes open position recruiting process ensuring open positions cycle is managed from beginning to end

? Enhances company network by attending various local events

? Fosters local relationships with schools & businesses

? Interpret, analyze, and apply human resources policies and procedures and provide recommendations

? Associate relations: provides support on employee relation matters, including investigations and providing recommendations on counseling/employment status

? Associate retention: partners withHR and operations leadership to identify opportunities to approve associateretention

? Performance management: provides support to managers/supervisors with guidance on employee coaching, corrective active and review of disciplinary paperwork. Support the performance management process of both production and non-production associates

? Identify, recommend, and develop new approaches, policies and procedures that will improve efficiency within HR department

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

? 3+ years of using social & digital recruitment tools & methods

? 2+ years of managing recruitment process end-to-end

? 2+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process

? 3-5 years of human resources experience in several of the following areas: employment, employee relations, regulatory compliance, benefits, and performance management

? Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to develop effective employee communication materials

? Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with unexpected requested and changing priorities

? Demonstrated success operation as an individual contributor, as well as member of a team.

 

Education:

? Bachelor's Degree, required.
