HR Generalist Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities
The Human Resource Associate is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function specifically, and office administration in general.
? This role requires 5-10 years of relevant HRexperience.
?Works directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.
? Serve as primary contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators.
? Develop and retain the very best innovative talent in the business.
? Provide proactive guidance and support for organizational planning and development initiatives that align the human resources agenda in support of key business strategies and initiatives in client group.
? Assess organizational metrics and provide insights to the business.
? Consults with legal counsel as appropriate, or as directed by the Managing Partners, on labor, employment and benefit matters.
? Establishes and audits processes and procedures for HIPPA Compliance for the corporation as a whole.
? Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of non-discriminatory practices as related to recruitment, hiring, training, promotions and terminations.
? Accomplish special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction.
? Annually reviews and makes recommendations to executive management for improvement and proper compliance of the organization's policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.
? Assists executive management in the annual review, preparation and administration of the organization's wage and salary program.
? Coordinates or conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
