Executive Human Resource Services is privileged to present an exciting opportunity.
This position provides strategic leadership in all human resources functions, including recruitment and employment, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee services, HRIS, and overall human resources strategic planning.
Supervises subordinate managerial and support staff. Performs related administrative, supervisory and professional work as required.
Provides human resources expertise to management to assist with the decision-making process regarding employee issues and concerns.
Advises management and staff on employee relations issues. Researches all options; involves appropriate corporate resources as necessary. Ensures that all actions are rational, appropriate and protect the interests and resources of the company. Ensures adequate staffing levels.
Develops and manages the division's annual budget.
Reviews the work of subordinates for completeness and accuracy; evaluates and makes recommendations as appropriate; offers advise and assistance as needed.
Supervises duties of subordinate managerial and support staff. Supervisory duties include instructing; assigning, reviewing and planning work of others;
maintaining standards; coordinating activities; allocating personnel; selecting new employees; acting on employee problems; and recommending and approving employee promotions, transfers, discipline, discharge and salary increases.
Plans, directs and supervises all human resources functions and programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable personnel policies and procedures and all state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to employment.
Adheres to and enforces all policies and procedures, including safety, attendance and EEO policies, and demonstrates commitment to customer service in all aspects of employment.
