Position Description

Lenovo Data Center Group is looking for an experienced HR leader who challenges the ordinary and seeks to innovate and drive transformation in a growing business.

The HR Business Partner will support the Data Center Group organization and senior executives/leaders in developing and implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives focused on achieving and exceeding business objectives. They are critical and influential members of theleadership teams they support. The selected candidate must be a strategic thought leader, have a proven track-record of building partnerships with all levels of employees and managers up tothe most senior executive. They must have a history of implementing successful HR programs across heavily matrixed and global organizations. Expertise in thought leadership, organizational agility, business acumen, relationship building, and solid execution are the keys to being successful in this position in Lenovo. Lastly, the candidate will have a heightened focus on customer centricity for the organizations they support.

? Structural and Organizational Design: Contribute to the business strategy by helping thebusiness leaders identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes.

? Speak publicly on behalf of DCG HR leadership, executive level presentations on HR strategic projects

Minimum Qualifications
Requires 10+ years HR business partner experience or equivalent in roles of increasing complexity/scope in a global organization.
5 + years of HR Business Partner experience partnering with executive level stake holders within a complex matrixed environment.
