Championing the intern and early career programs is critical to our talent acquisition and development efforts. You will develop intern and entry-level programs, design and lead our campus recruiting strategy, build and manage assignments, and lead the early career talent pipeline efforts. You will recruit and coach early career professionals, especially in Investment Management, Sales, and Technology. You will achieve success by establishing relationships with business and HR partners, and developing strategic people practices in support of business objectives.

Major responsibilities


  • You will collaborate to define the intent and design of each program/effort
  • You will execute a robust process that spans need identification through hire/program graduation
  • You will establish pre-college awareness, outreach, and engagement (e.g. STEM)
  • You will evolve and execute a college campus recruiting strategy that incorporates a focus on diversity and new recruiting capabilities, while driving efficiency and effectiveness
  • You will partner with the business to identify meaningful assignments, prioritize, ensure progress, and facilitate hiring/transition decisions
  • You will lead relationships with critical diversity and feeder organizations (GWI, MMI, Toigo, etc)

Desired Qualifications


  • You have 5-8 years relevant experience in HR – Financial Services industry and/or sales compensation is preferred
  • You understand the business and act as a business leader beyond traditional HR responsibilities
  • You are a clear thinker with the courage to provide input to business leaders and the wisdom to know when to engage
  • You have experience recruiting on campus, managing performance, developing leaders, and with organizational planning, compensation, employee relations, and leading change
  • You possess excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • You work autonomously and collaboratively with teams on various projects
  • You have project management, time management and leadership skills
  • You exercise strong judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations
  • You earned a Bachelor's degree in a related field or any equivalent combination of education and work experience. MBA or related master's degree (i.e. human resources) is desirable
