Who we're seeking:

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner Someone who knows employee relation policies like the back of your hand? Someone who can support and champion employees and their needs. Basically, can you help us take Zwift to the next level.

What you'll do:

  • Work within individual business units and align business objectives with employees and management
  • Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
  • Manage and resolve complex ER issues; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
  • Provide guidance and input in business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience of resolving complex employee relation issues
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, compensation practices, federal and state employment laws
  • A high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and documentation
  • Attention to detail in everything you do
  • Extensive experience in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive knowledge of computer software (Google Office Suite)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Start-up experience preferred
