The Role – Synopsys has a unique opportunity for a talented individual tosupport one of our core business groups as the HR Business Partner for the Design group. The HRBP will be an integral part of the Synopsys TeamHR - building connections between the company and businesses’ strategic goals and its HR programs. You’ll use your deep experiences and understanding of compensation programs, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition and Management, and HR Programs tosupport the Design Group.
You will partner with group executives inside and outside the business group to deliver HR programs and supportto deliver high velocity solutions
You will collaborate with a team of highly capable HR professionals and be responsible for executing an HR vision to unlock and enable growth for Synopsys
You will help shape the future of the HR Business Partner role for Synopsys and help us identify ways to improve our processes and practices

You will partner with the other Senior HRBP supporting this group, workingto achieve business goals. You will also partner with the HRBP who supports the other co-GM to drive talent strategies for the larger group

A hands on energetic team player with significant experience in compensation programs, organizational development and expansion, rapid scale and cultural impact. A professional that enjoys true collaboration and partnership, understands how to analyze and solve organizational and operational challenges and enjoys employing analytics in their approach. A colleague that confidently and effectively communicates concepts - moving colleagues to action across the spectrum of professional levels; highlyanalytical and able to influence equally with data and intuition. A true company and team player, inviting and marshalling resources both inside and outside the business unit to ensure success.
