Reporting to the Human Resources Manager,
The Business Partner position will strategically w the HR Business Partner position will support and coach all Department leaders and employees to ensure compliance with HR related laws, regulations policies, procedures and the application of the collective bargaining agreement.
Work with appropriate Department leaders on recruiting, succession planning, training, performance development/management and termination issues and activities.
The Business Partner will take the lead on all employee Collective Bargaining Agreement issues, which includes negotiations, agreement, communication, compliance and litigation. The Business Partner will support and coach Department Managers to become adept in handling HR related activity overall. The position will transition to be an onsite resource in helping Managers to manage the agreement in an effective and proactive manner.
