Lahey Health is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for directly providing, driving and coordinating the delivery of HR services and programs to optimize the needs and ongoing development of a superior workforce that support the strategic goals of Lahey Hospital & Medical Center.
This position provides Human Resources consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development for respective business areas while managing the risk associated with personnel actions.
