Description: Provides support to DCGS-SOF in the areas of project supervision and management for major program activities. Manages and directs technical project/program personnel to ensure objectives are met with top quality and levels of performance. Manages large projects involving multifunctional tasking and substantial complexity. Plans and supervises major system lifecycle support tasks/functions including requirements definition, acquisition, integration, test and evaluation, fielding/installation, and disposition.
Specifically assists in coordination to resolve concerns, timelines, technical challenges, and requirements for development. Facilitates and supports meetings between PEOs, PMs, Components, TSOCs, and other stakeholders to include documenting minutes, action items and RFIs. Provides Acquisition Program Management support, Systems Engineering Integration support, General Engineering support and Systems Test and Evaluation support. Assist in providing strategic planning and execution oversight of related program activities by leading or participating in WGs/IPTs to identify, coordinate and resolve issues between stakeholders.
Develop and/or reviews technical and program documentation, schedules and risk assessments. Provide integration and analysis to support cross-cutting capabilities as they interact with the Common Operating Environment (COE) Computing Environments (CE), DI2E, external T&E stakeholders, and Software Engineering Facility (SIF) integration partners. Conduct analysis of contractor and government acquisition test events and development/coordination of test design, instrumentation and requirements analysis. Develop regular briefings to PMO including, monthly updates to leadership, and briefings to leadership within the PMO, as well as support office calls and senior leader visits and engagements. Requirements:
- 15Years Experience.
- BS in Computer Sciences or related discipline e.g. engineering. Desired Masters
- Worked in military/government environment with mid to senior military and government leadership.
- Served in the military with hands on experience with DCGS-SOF or associated systems is a plus. To include other service branch or IC systems.
- Must have TS/SCI.
- Must have mastery of MS products Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
