NTT DATA Services currently seeks a HP Service Manager Support Analyst to join our team in Bloomington, Illinois (US-IL), United States (US).

Primary Job Responsibilities include:

•Extensive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution for HP Service Manager
•Serve as a HP Service Manager expert on project efforts which impact HP Service Manager
•Provide 3rd level Problem Management support for HP Service Manager
•Ensure that HP Service Manager is consistently stable and available
•Provide training and support documentation to the 2nd level administration team
•Effectively understand Service Management guidelines and principles
•Creation, enhancement, and maintenance of PERL scripts utilized to automate administration functions

Skillset

HP Service Manager (version 9.x or higher) - Must have - 3-5 years
ITIL experience - Must have - 3-5 years
Linux Shell Scripting- Must have - 3-5 years
Java - Nice to have - 2 years
Oracle databaseexperience - Nice to have - 2 years

Basic Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience administering HP Service Manager
  • 3 years of unix shell scripting
  • 3 years of experiencesupporting ITIL/ITSM Processes
