As we grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Architect to help expand our Hospitality Studio with desiredlocations in our Atlanta, GA, and/or Chicago, IL, and/or Indianapolis, IN offices.


  • Candidates must be a licensed architect and have experience as a Project Architect on renovation and new construction building designs for Hospitality facilities
  • Candidates will be utilizing AutoCAD and Revit to not only produce quality construction documents him/herself, but also direct other production staff in the preparation
  • Candidates will successfully facilitate interdisciplinary coordination, integrating sustainable design criteria where applicable and executing construction administration
  • Candidates will possess project planning design and constructionexperience, including direct client contact. In addition to prototypical and boutique Hospitality experience, project work in related markets such as Mixed Use/Multi-Family and/or Commercial Office facilities would also be beneficial
  • Candidates will ideally have experience building, guiding and managing a team or studio of other architects/production staff
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 8-10 years of Hospitality-related work experience
  • Experience in both design-bid-build and design-build projects
  • Excellent communication and technical skills as well as a strong team player approach are required
  • Strong organizational skills along with written/verbal communication skills and the ability to work easily with clients, team members, consultants and other Woolpert Design staff are essential
