Qualifications:

  • Billion dollar global hospitality conglomerate seeks entrepreneur (CPA a +) with 7+ years hands on and management skills; strategic initiatives, internal controls, corporate reporting, FP&A, cash management as well as efficiency and performance functions for entire hotel and food & beverage/restaurant portfolio
  • Must have prior hospitality, hotel and food & beverage experience

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with CEO and management team
  • Responsible for overseeing entire finance and accounting activities as well as all processes and efficiencies
  • Involved in budget, strategic planning and forecasting
  • Responsible for sales, profitability and trend analysis as well as expenses throughout hotels and food & beverage operations
  • Involved in banking and investor meetings
  • Review policies and procedures as well as all business initiatives
  • Act as efficiency and solution specialist
  • Provide cash flow analysis and generate reports for senior management
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance as it relates to the hospitality sector
  • Design and implement internal controls
  • Responsible for headcount analysis with the ability to control inventory and supplies relating to both food & beverage as well as hotel
  • Communicate with outside auditors
  • Ability to develop business partnerships to improve the success of the firm
  • Responsible for both operational and strategic initiatives
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, organizational and attention to detail skills
  • MS Suite
  • Hotel with Food & Beverage industry experience a MUST

Salary

$300K - $350K
