This position can be located anywhere in the MidWest or East Coast.

The Hospital Growth Leader role is focused on leading growth for the Hospital Group. The leader will have the accountability and autonomy to grow this $4.5MM book of business leveraging the rich content library and by leading ~15 highly motivated & capable colleagues. This person will lead key aspects of the business, including lead gen, prospecting, sales mgmt., closing contracts, delivering the work and retaining clients in a profitable way.


The ideal candidate drives revenue, new products, and other monetizable ideas directly from personal prospect and channel interaction, not through continuous written plans in the back office. This role will report to the President/COO with a dotted line reporting to the Sales Leader. He/she will also interact closely with other leaders (Chief Content Officer, CFO and HR). 

Key focus areas:

  • Leading the new business strategy and plan, including hiring/firing, management and development of the sales team
  • Leading the client partnership team, including hiring/firing, management and development of team and retention strategies
  • Developing evolved and/or new solutions ideally leveraging technology & automation
  • Creating / evolving our current business models (pricing, contracts & technology/automation) 
  • Identifying and creating strategic partnerships

  • Deep understanding of:
  • the hospital industry, specifically:
  • hospital systems, the impact of consolidation, how marketing decisions are made and how to navigate the complex buying / implementation processes within a system
  • Service line (CV, ortho and oncology) expertise, including service delivery process and solutions
  • Care delivery environments (hospitals, ambulatory, IDNs and group practices)

  • Understanding the value of content with experience in monetizing content
  • Strong business acumen, financial management and talent management skills
