Duties:

Appointed by the Governing body (or designated person so functioning) to assume management responsibility for the fiscal and operational activities of the home care agency.  Responsible for long range planning and fiscal viability of the organization.  Plans and develops new programs, recruits and interviews management staff, and establishes mechanisms for measuring quality care and organizational performance.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in health care administration, nursing, business or other health care related field required, or three years management experience. Possesses a minimum of five years of healthcare management experience and a minimum of one year supervisory of administrative home health care experience required; but three years preferred. RN License in state serviced by Agency.
