The Opportunity

Adobe's Education Marketing team exists to drive the long-term success of Adobe. We lead Adobe's global marketing plans of leading brands including Adobe Express, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro and Acrobat into the Education industry, helping ensure all students graduate with the skills vital for a successful career.

The Higher Education B2B Senior Marketing Manager will lead innovative and impactful marketing with strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to our largest education customers and prospects across the US. This role will be responsible for owning the development, implementation, execution, and measurement of target account based marketing programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the Global Education Marketing team, the Enterprise Education Sales team, and corporate Business Unit partners, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

What you'll Do

  • Collaborate with GTM and sales on account plans, marketing strategy, and customer programs for mutually identified Top Accounts. Identify marketing opportunities to intentionally support and drive the business with marketing programs.
  • Carefully plan metric- and data-driven account-based marketing plans to drive demand generation, pipeline creation, and deal acceleration within targeted enterprise accounts. Surround existing and prospective high-value accounts with high-touch marketing to drive business opportunities.
  • Own execution (planning logistics, budget management, lead management and distribution, and follow-up strategies) of integrated marketing campaigns and program across multiple channels. These might include email, social, digital, events, and webinars. As part of the campaigns, develop compelling and tailored marketing content.
  • Collaborate with B2B Education Marketing Operations to track effectiveness and impact of activity, identify areas for improvement, and optimize for future.
  • Team with education marketing teams in different regions to align on cross-segment initiatives and programs that can be used to nurture opportunities in Top Accounts.
  • Visually and orally communicate strategies and results to a wide-range of collaborators, including senior leadership, on a quarterly basis and share takeaways with peers across the organization.


What you need to succeed

  • 8+ years B2B marketing with proven account-based or enterprise marketing knowledge and skills
  • Understanding of demand generation marketing and marketing tech stack needs a plus.
  • Proactive and capable of driving your own plans with the ability to move quickly and efficiently to achieve strong results in a rapidly changing environment.
  • You enjoy being part of and leading an extended virtual team with a variety of different teams including product, sales and marketing, and balancing their different short- and long-term priorities.
  • Creative approach in clearing obstacles and finding innovative solutions.
  • Outstanding communication skills - both orally and visually - to prepare and present presentations around your plans and results. Ability to distill complex ideas into simple, compelling messages .
  • Knowledge using Salesforce, Marketo, and other tools that help drive marketing/sales collaboration


Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $100,100 -- $200,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
