Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. May require an associate's degree in a related area and 5years or more of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Candidate should have extensive experience with Windows Operating System(s) v7 and 10. Experience in using SCCM for OS and Software deployments. Customer service and end-user support focused, with advanced desktop and network troubleshooting experience.
This WO will not exceed 1040 hours. All work must be completed on-site in our Tigard, OR office.
There will be no travel or expenses paid for this WO.
