We are looking for Help Desk Support for our client in Atlanta, GA

Job Title: Help Desk Support

Job Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Type: Contract – 12 Months / Contract to Hire / Direct Hire

Job Description:

  • Provides computer hardware and software support to end users on a variety of issues.
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
  • Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
  • Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
  • May require an associate's degree in a related area and/or 0-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT field.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

Required skillset:

  • Good hardware knowledge/troubleshooting on PC's, Laptops, and printers/copiers
  • Knowledge of Ghost Imaging software
  • Active Directory
  • Windows XP, 7, 10
  • Remote software
  • VPN Software
  • SCCM
  • Office 360 knowledge
