The Regional Sales Director will manage the full lifecycle of the sales processes for the hc1 platform within a specific geographical region or set of named accounts. This includes identifying and initiating sales opportunities by prospecting new clients, leveraging existing relationships, presenting sales presentations, and conducting contract negotiations. On target earnings for this role exceed $200,000 annually with an uncapped commission structure.


  • 3+ years of documented SaaS sales experience in a subscription-based sales environment
  • Experience selling into healthcare and technology verticals
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong demonstrable presentation and negotiation skills as well as outstanding client relationship management experience
  • A proven sales hunter and closer with experience in building a pipeline
  • Experience in demonstrating product solutions to prospects and clients
  • Impeccable work ethic, self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, start-up experience
  • Consistent W2 performance of greater than 250k per year


  • Call on commercial and hospital laboratories
  • Drive sales from a variety of revenue streams including partners, business development and direct selling efforts
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to meet company goals
  • Maintain account data and opportunity forecasting within Hubspot
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure consistent flow of MQL’s and SQL’s
  • Generate leads from trade shows and regional networking events
  • Conduct face-to-face sales meetings and perform product demos to prospects
  • Travel approximately up to 50%
