Seeking experienced Group Health & Stop Loss Wholesale Brokerage Rep or Underwriter to support products within Medical Stop-Loss, HMO Reinsurance and Group Health Provider-Excess marketplace.




*** Analyze and evaluate risk and propose and negotiate policy terms, appropriate limitations, and endorsements.


*** Review insurance quote submissions, referrals and amendments, liaising with sales teams to ensure new business and policy changes meet company underwriting criteria.


*** Process and refer policy cancellations, investigating and evaluating disclosures and non disclosure of material facts.


***Audit cases in line with audit procedure and regulatory requirements to identify training needs or other remedial actions.


*** Identify, resolve and escalate complaints and breaches in accordance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.


*** Coach, train and guide colleagues on complex risks and technical and customer service areas to improve their knowledge and support effective decision making.
