This position is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of employee recruitment activities and programs including oversight of staff, problem resolution, hiring manager interaction, maintaining effective relationships, monitoring productivity and process flows, keeping HR leadership up to date on recruitment performance and the management of regulatory and compliance requirements. This position is required to travelwithin assigned recruitment region weekly and meet with hiring managers and new hires.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: (A = minimum; B = preferred)
A. B.S. / B.B.A.
B. Concentration in Human Resources
A.5+ years of professional level recruitment experiencewith a minimum of 2years in a lead capacity.
7+ years general human resources experience or a combination of human resources and other professional experience in a direct customer service or consulting capacity of which at least 3years have been in Recruitment.
B.Healthcare human resources experiencepreferred or healthcare background.
A. Working knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding sourcing, recruiting and hiring.
Ability to craft and communicate organizational policies and practices concerning recruitment matters.
Ability to prepare and manipulate data using Microsoft products.
Presentation preparation and delivery, professional communication, recruitment marketing, candidate sourcing and budgeting skills required.
Demonstrated success in designing recruitment work flow processes and project management. Analytical skills to rapidly evaluate simple patient billing questions and resolve on the first call, or to route complex problems to the appropriate party for follow-up action and resolution.
A. Ability to interact, influence, partner and gain the acceptance of managers in the organization.
Ability to create and sustain innovative recruitment programs to support the mission, vision and values of the organization.
