Leads a team in the planning and coordination of activities related ASM services to meet client’s goals and objectives within prescribed time frames and funding parameters as outlined in the Agreement.
Leads teams/resources in the delivery of services and meets or exceeds agreement deliverables and performance requirements.
Assess and manage provider talent to deliver on the services as specified in the Agreement.
Acquires and applies skills and knowledge through training and/or Documentation, provides training to more Jr. team members.
Technical experience of 10+ Year in Visual Basic/SSIS/SSRS/Oracle technologies
Domain knowledge of Provider/Producer
Minimum of 10 years experience in information technology and service delivery across diverse application areas and technologies.
Technical undergraduatedegree in math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus (preferred).
Training in college level computer systems preferred.
Excellent triage skills.
Adaptable to changes in client’s environment, organization, direction or priorities.
Fluent knowledge of the client’s business with strong knowledge in client’s other business domains.
Able to acquire knowledge of the US healthcare payer industry.
Strong business process acumen and deep application functional understanding.
Fully certified/knowledgeable in all relevant monitoring tools.
