Our client is a leading provider of payment cycle management and clinical information exchange solutions, connecting Payers, Providers, and Patients. The company's products and services integrate and automate key business and administrative functions of its Payer and Provider customers throughout the patient encounter.
On behalf of our Client, we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to sell the company's suite of Customer Payment Solutions to Payers, to Health Plans. These solutions provide multiple payment options and allow members to connect digitally on their preferred platform. The Sales Executive must have extensive experience selling software services to Payers, preferably payment services. This is a new position and an exciting opportunity to participate in the latest trend in healthcare Consumer Engagement Strategies. The Sales Executive will work from a remote home office and may reside anywhere in the country near a major airport. The position pays a competitive base salary and at plan, the Sales Executive should be able to more than double the base.
? Identify and close new business to assigned Payer accounts.
? Orchestrate discussions with potential clients including presentations and preparation of proposals.
? Establish client relationships with key C-level decision makers and build "trust" within those organizations.
? Leverage client context by understanding client's overall business goals and be able to position Company as a strategic partner.
? Work closely with Account Managers and others in the company to identify leads and cross-selling opportunities within accounts
? Achieve assigned quota and sales goals.
? Educate clients on the company's Customer Payment solutions and be adept at overcoming technical and business objections of prospective clients.
At least 10 years of sales and business development experience selling complex software solutions to healthcare Payers
Understanding of healthcare payment processes and services
Knowledge of consumer payments in the healthcare and payer marketplace
Demonstrated experience in meeting multi-million dollar sales quotas
Proven ability to manage highly complex selling opportunities with multiple buyers and influencers
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build relationships across the organization, especially at the C-Level and collaborate as necessary to accomplish goals
Strong organizational and time management skills
