Regional VP of Sales -Revenue Cycle Management Services
The Regional VP of Sales is responsible for selling Revenue Cycle management solutions and Debt Recovery Services to an assigned geographical region to Hospital, Medical Clinic, and Large Medical Practice prospects and clients.
This individual will grow, develop and manage Company healthcare division’s suite of solutions and services. They will work with prospective clients to create and maintain long-term client relationships. A critical success factor will be to ensure a client's health and satisfaction with Company offerings. Responsibilities will include generating new business through alignment plans that utilize our RCM products and services to solve revenue cycle challenges in their portfolio. He/she will analyze the policy and tactical needs of their clients and use this information in creating client strategies.

Can be located anywhere in the Western half of the United States.
Accountable for prospecting in assigned regions to targeted prospects and clients closing opportunities using extensive revenue cycle process knowledge and recovery services expertise
Cultivate relationships that include Healthcare C-Level leaders (CFO’s, Chief Revenue Cycle Managers, CIO’s and business counterparts to ensure growth of the client relationships and pipeline opportunities
Meet with prospective clients and establish an alignment plan parameters to build and nurture the relationship and assist in identifying further opportunities
Comprehends and effectively communicates Company overall strategic principles, solution offerings, technology, and services and how they relate to provide total client value.
* 4 or more years of revenue cycle services, outsourced medical billing services, and/or debt recovery services sales experience to hospitals
* 4 or more years of experience selling healthcare outsourcing services
* Experience selling outsourced medical billing services
*Demonstrable success in leading and managing significant account growth
*Worked with service organizations giving guidance in Revenue cycle strategy and Recovery Services knowledge
*Experience in identifying and articulating efficiencies gained by software in given workflow
*Passion for developing, growing and sustaining revenue relationships with clients
*Professional certifications are advantageous
