• Partner with the Fortinet sales organization and Healthcare leadership team to understand business requirements and drive quarterly/fiscal year plans
• Create and deliver a comprehensive annual field marketing plan to meet pipeline growth and revenue objectives
• Manage quarterly budget, accurately estimate costs and manage execution
• Manage field event/programs with regional Fortinet sales (seminars, tradeshows, conferences, association participation, etc) from initial planning through to final execution including contracts, logistics, developing promotional communications to drive attendance, on-site execution and follow up/tracking
• Identify tactics/assets that are most impactful for acceleration of pipeline
• Identify healthcare security industry events and potential call for presentation opportunities
• Manage @FortinetHealth Twitter handle and leverage social media to raise awareness and further promote our industry thought leadership
• Accurately measure pipeline impact/stage by geo/product/segment/route to market/tactic
• Align field marketing events with core demand generation programs to ensure generation of marketing qualified leads through integrated, multi-touch programs
• Understanding of required marketing mix to grow the healthcare business
• Set quarterly goals to measure success of your marketing plan
• Provide input for quarterly business reviews with Fortinet field marketing and regional sales management
• Work with product marketing to develop sales enablement tools specific to healthcare vertical sales needs
• Function as the single point of contact for all healthcare marketing inquiries for sales teams supported by your marketing programs

Required Skills/Education
• Minimum 10 years high-tech marketing experience, ideally in the networking or security software industry
• Minimum 5 years working directly with field sales and sales executives on marketing programs
• Experience in marketing program management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Vendor management experience
• Intermediate CRM and marketing automation experience
• Decision strength and priority setting (makes effective, reliable, and at times, tough decisions quickly based upon analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment)
• A self-motivated, independent thinker who can drive and deliver defined projects and meaningful content
• Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; able to deal with ambiguity and organizational agility
• Must be able to work in a matrix organization, leveraging and influencing others to achieve objectives
