- Understand the trends in technology, services and business and their direct and indirect impact on the outcomes for healthcare customers.
- 15+ years of experience in a consulting, client-facing role or account management leadership role.
- Recent experience managing large accounts in the healthcare industry.
- Recent experience working for IT professional services or management consulting firms.
- Experience presenting to C-level executives, and senior business and technology leaders.
- Prior experience managing a client P&L.
