Procopio is seeking an attorney with top academic credentials with a minimum of five years’ litigation experience in healthcare law. Experience with public agency law helpful.
Successful candidates will have excellent writing and client relations skills.
Candidates must be able to independently manage trial cases. Must include experience in provider representation: fraud and abuse; Stark; corporate compliance; Medicare/Medicaid; affiliation and integration transactions and licensure; physician and hospital contracting; and regulatory and reimbursement issues.
Major law firm experience, in-house experience with major healthcare company, or government experiencepreferred. Competitive salary and outstanding benefit package.
