The Healthcare Account Executive is responsible for driving and closing ad revenue in the healthcare category and the management of client relationships, which includes understanding clients' broader marketing agendas and how digital patient engagement and social marketing solutions fit within the overall marketing mix. The ideal candidate will have experience with developing & maintaining client relationships at the C suite level with hospitals as well as senior level decision makers in a variety of physician groups and with developing strategies that support clients' business objectives. The ideal candidate will also have experience in digital advertising/marketing and be able to quickly comprehend health solutions and proactively craft strategic recommendations.


Responsibilities:

  • Day to day communication with clients and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Build and understand campaign strategy to ensure business needs are met and additional opportunities are identified
  • Operate in both a marketing and business strategy capacity to grow and maintain client relationships
  • Assess and cultivate long-term strategic goals
  • Interpret marketing results at an in-depth level and communicate findings to internal teams and clients
  • Create and present sales presentations and reports to clients for all campaigns
  • Collaborate across the sales, digital fulfillment, billing, and agency departments
  • Effectively manage and prioritize accounts
  • Provide a collaborative, problem-solving environment with clients




Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in sales in the healthcare category
  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising / marketing developing strategies that meet client goals
  • Experience in diagnosing issues and recommending strategies to resolve problems.
  • Experience presenting to and coordinating senior level meetings
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented self-starter who can work independently
  • Outstanding communication abilities, with a proven track record of driving insightful findings
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, prioritize, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proactive problem solving skills
  • Strong organization and follow up skills
  • Initiative and personal responsibility for work
  • Accountable and reliable
