Pepper Hamilton's Health Sciences Department is hiring a mid to senior level health care regulatory lawyer to join a vibrant and growing health care transactions practice. The associate could be resident in our Philadelphia, Princeton, or New York office.
Our lawyers work with a variety of health care provider clients, including acute and non-acute care providers, group purchasing organizations, pharmacies, and physician groups.
Candidates must have 5-7 years of experience conducting complex regulatory analysis for compliance with federal and state health care regulatory laws, including the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark, preferably in the context of structuring complex strategic transactions.
Candidates should also have well-developed client management skills, stellar academic credentials, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
